When you get a call from the woman that hired you (and left company five months ago) to get out because the IRS is levying your client's accounts because your firm owes them a shit ton of money.
So there's that. There are moments that take your breath away... I never remember having a physical reaction to stress and when she told me I got shooting pains in my spine.
So, do I look for a "job" or do I take this opportunity (lemons?) and make lemonade... Open that little store front...I don't know. Head spinning.
Visiting my grandma for her 99th birthday... Which sharpens all of this into perspective and I hate that work can be so consuming... But remembering being on my own was as or more stressful. Gag!
